This was an awesome wedding to shoot!! Not to often you get a 2nd chance at love....Jenny and Jerry showed us that there is always hope! We should never ever give up our dreams! It motivated me...moved me to continue on my journey of BECOMING a wedding videographer! I was reminded of all the 2nd chances that God gives me to make right...I'm a little slowwwww....but I guess thats ok as long as I'm moving forward right!! I'm thankful for HIS patience with me. This was an awesome couple to work with. Two very intelligent individuals that made a covenant to become one family! I was soo honored to witness their sealing in the temple. One thing that the sealer said in the temple that struck a chord with me was that this young couple was becoming a 'kingdom' in their own little way. It was a very beautiful ceremony. Sorry so late Patrice....but wanted to share this wonderful story of how these two love birds met. Congrats on a beautiful wedding. What a special day that was to be with you two in the House of the Lord. To witness your sealing with the rest of your family and friends was truly a blessing. Dedicated to my Mom: Single Mom Project-Lynell, Lia, Jeremiah, and Aniyah

So I've started a new project in dedication to my mom. I've grown up in a single parent home for most of my life. I know the hard work it takes to be a parent with both "father" and "mother" in the home, but to have only one parent takes an act of godliness. In the coming months I will be posting photos of single moms and their families that I have come to know and love. This post is featuring a single mom that has been an inspiration to me. There's a lot of what I see in Lynell that reminds me of my own mom. Lynell has 3 beautiful children that can make any photographer look good!! Yah I was lucky! It was fun shooting them in the short time we had. Enjoy!! Shout out to my wonderful wife for being with me on this shoot. Thanx hun!
